JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented assistant with a background in commercial lines and P&C insurance to support daily operations, client communication, and policy processing.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who already understands the industry and can step in with minimal training.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Handle commercial insurance and bond-related tasks from start to finish
Assist with quoting, applications, and policy processing
Communicate with clients via email and phone in a professional manner
Manage and update CRM systems (tracking leads, renewals, and follow-ups)
Review documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with requirements
Follow up with prospects, clients, and carriers to move deals forward
Support daily operations and keep workflows organized and efficient

? Requirements (Must Have)
Proven experience in Commercial Lines Insurance and P&C
Strong understanding of:
General Liability
Workers’ Compensation
Commercial Auto
Understanding of surety bonds
Experience with insurance applications, quoting, and policy servicing
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

? Bonus (Strong Plus)
Experience working with contractors or construction-related policies
Familiarity with carrier portals and underwriting processes
Knowledge of COIs, endorsements, and compliance requirements
Experience with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel
