JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative tech-savvy Short-Form Video Specialist to own our daily social media video production from start to finish.

This is a fully remote, part-time role with potential to grow full-time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and manage an end-to-end AI-powered video production workflow
• Research trending topics using Claude AI and write engaging short-form scripts
• Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs
• Produce lip-synced avatar videos using Higgsfield
• Add captions, animations, and background music for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
• Manage content calendar and asset tracking in AirTable
• Schedule and publish 2–3 short-form videos per day across platforms
• Monitor performance and flag top-performing content

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

• Claude — topic research & scriptwriting
• ElevenLabs — AI voiceover generation
• Higgsfield — AI avatar lip sync & video production
• AirTable — content calendar & workflow management
• CapCut or Submagic — captions, animations, music
• Buffer, Later, or Metricool — scheduling & publishing

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

• Have experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Are comfortable learning and working with AI tools (experience with any of the above is a big plus)
• Can work independently, hit deadlines, and manage your own workflow
• Have a good eye for pacing, captions, and what makes videos scroll-stopping
• Communicate clearly and proactively
