JOB OVERVIEW

We're building the most influential Christian apparel brand in the world. We need an editor who can make people stop scrolling.
Seek Jesus Co. 250K followers on Instagram. Relaunched 3 weeks ago. Growing fast. This is a ground-floor role.

THE ROLE
You will edit daily content for the Seek Jesus brand, and work closely with the Chief Creator ---------- talking head videos, UGC creator content, and cinematic brand storytelling. Not once a week. Every day.
Your reference point ---------- on TikTok and Instagram. If you don't know who that is, look him up before you apply. That style, intentional pacing, B-roll layering, subtitles that feel like part of the story, is the standard we're building toward.
This is not a side gig. This is not a creative-on-your-own-schedule role. If you're not available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MST, don't apply.

We give grace for 1 sick day or holiday per month. Beyond that, absences must be requested in advance and unexcused time off will be deducted from your monthly payout. We're a small, fast-moving team. Reliability is non-negotiable.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT
Founder and talking head content. Short and long-form. Pacing, B-roll, subtitles, cinematic feel. This is your primary job.
UGC and TikTok creator content. Hook-forward, fast cuts, text overlays. Built to stop scrolls and drive purchases.
Brand and course content. Clean color grade, deliberate pacing, professional finish for our creator program.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We move fast. Here's exactly how it goes:
We review all applications on a monthly rolling basis.
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 30-minute video call.
The top 3 finalists complete a (free or paid) test edit before any offer is made.
If selected, you'll begin a 14 to 30 day trial period. This is paid.
After the trial, strong performers will be invited to produce a case study piece copying the Rob the Bank style. Free or paid depending on performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven UGC and creator content editing experience. Portfolio required, no exceptions.
Nearly fluent English, written and spoken.
Available Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm MST. US hours, non-negotiable.
Preferred: Christian faith, MacBook, strong reliable internet.
