REQUIRED HOURS: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY EASTERN U.S. TIME DAY TO EVENING, AND WEEKDAY EVENING SHIFT

We are FunStay Homes, a growing property management team who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Short-Term Rental Manager VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple short-term rental properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences and coordinating efforts with our local partners. This role may also expand in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to increase our brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Additionally, this person may be responsible for sales outreach and prospecting potential customers by making outbound calls to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

Experienced STR VA - PRIOR AIRBNB SENIOR CASE MANAGER WITH SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Manage all aspects of short-term rental properties, including guest communication, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance requests.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback to continuously improve guest satisfaction and property ratings.
Submit damage claims through platforms such as Airbnb
Data entry into financial spreadsheet
Handle inquiries from potential guests, provide information about properties, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Address any issues or concerns promptly with local partners.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within targeted prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and persistent with a positive attitude.

We are looking for a full time position (30-40 hours) and long-term career growth. Bonuses and incentives will be offered. Weekends are Required. Specific hours will be discussed. Salary to be discussed and increased over time showing value and commitment.
