I am a fast-paced entrepreneur and "Creator." My mind is constantly buzzing with new business ideas, questions, and insights. Because of this, I am exceptionally good at starting projects, innovating, and solving complex big-picture problems.
However, I am terrible at finishing them. I have virtually zero patience for routine, and my eyes glaze over at humdrum administrative tasks. I move fast, communicate very directly, prioritize logic over emotion, and I am currently sitting on a mountain of 80%-completed ideas that need to be brought to the marketplace.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for the ultimate Integrator / Operations Project Manager — the grounded anchor who takes 80%-done ideas across multiple companies, builds strict timelines, manages all day-to-day administrative and marketing operations chaos, and ruthlessly pushes every project across the finish line so the visionary can stay 100% focused on innovation.
Key Responsibilities (you will own these completely):
- Turn raw, messy ideas into clear, prioritized spreadsheets with timelines, budgets, metrics, and owners — across multiple companies
- Build and manage strict project timelines for both operations and marketing initiatives
- Handle all administrative “humdrum” tasks (software, spreadsheets, daily ops, marketing execution) independently
- Shield the visionary from chaos and proactively push back when new ideas risk derailing current priorities
- Track data, metrics, and historical facts to drive every decision — and actively leverage AI tools to 10x speed and output
Your Core Responsibilities:
The Finisher:
Take my raw, 80%-completed ideas, build a timeline, and ruthlessly execute the daily details to take them to 100%.
The Administrative Shield:
Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations, software setups, spreadsheets, and scheduling so I can focus exclusively on the creative process and innovation.
The Reality Check:
Act as my anchor. You must have the confidence to push back, tell me "No," and force me to slow down and figure out how to implement my current idea before allowing me to jump to the next shiny object

You are well-versed in modern AI tools and know how to wield them to actually get results — not just chat or play with them. You use AI daily to amplify your own execution, automate repetitive tasks, analyze data faster, and multiply your output across operations and marketing.
Salary & Growth
50,000 – 100,000 Per month to start depending on experience, AI implementation expertise and proven results.
Top performers have the ability to move up and earn more per month within 12–18 months as the companies scale.
