ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a U.S.-based credit repair and capital access company. We help entrepreneurs fix their credit and get the business funding they need to grow.

We are hiring one Sales Consultant to handle two things:
1. Phone consultations — closing new clients on our credit repair program
2. DM closing — moving warm leads from interested to enrolled through Instagram and Facebook messages

We will train you on the credit piece. You bring the sales skills and the hunger.

This is a part-time role to start (20–25 hours/week). As our client volume grows, so do your hours. The right person will grow into a full-time role here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Run credit consultations over the phone and close clients on our program
- Close warm leads through ---------- on Instagram and Facebook
- Follow up with new leads within 5 minutes — no exceptions
- Log every enrolled client into Go High Level (GHL) same day
- Track your pipeline, consultations, and activity in GHL
- Report weekly on close rate and revenue closed

PAY STRUCTURE

Hourly Base: $5.00 USD/hour (paid based on tracked hours)
Part-time start: 20–25 hours/week = approx. $400–$500/month base

Commission:
- $25 per monthly enrollment (client pays $250/mo)
- $100 per pay-in-full enrollment (client pays $1,500 upfront)

Performance Bonus:
- Close $3,000+ in enrolled revenue in a month = extra $150 bonus

Example earnings at 25 hrs/week:
$500 base + 8 monthly closes ($200) + 3 pay-in-full closes ($300) + bonus ($150) = $1,150/month

The more you close, the more you earn. Commission is uncapped.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:
- Fluent English — spoken and written (non-negotiable)
- 1–2+ years of phone sales or DM closing experience
- Strong ability to connect with people and guide them to a decision
- Available during U.S. business hours (EST)
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for calls
- Comfortable with time tracking and screen monitoring

Nice to have:
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL)
- Background in financial services, credit, or consulting
- DM sales experience on Instagram or Facebook
- Experience selling to entrepreneurs or small business owners
