We’re looking for a driven and persistent Outbound Cold Caller to join our team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll focus on high-volume outbound calling to engage prospects, spark interest, and qualify leads for the sales pipeline. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and stays motivated through challenges and rejection. This is a fully remote position operating on the Canada EDT/EST timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
Deliver clear, engaging introductions of products and services
Identify customer needs and effectively position relevant solutions
Qualify leads and book appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets
Accurately log call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system
Handle objections with professionalism and persistence
Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is an asset
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection
Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools
Self-motivated with excellent time management and independence in a remote setting
