Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee content publishing and optimization across short-form video platforms. This role will focus on editing, scheduling, and publishing engaging video content on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand voice. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, is highly organized, and stays up to date with social media trends and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and clip short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
Publish and schedule content across social media platforms in a timely and consistent manner
Optimize videos for engagement, including captions, hashtags, and formatting
Manage content calendars and ensure alignment with overall social media strategy
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights
Stay updated on trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and publishing content on Instagram and TikTok
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, or Adobe Premiere
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Dash Social, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
