JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are a highly automated, tech-forward law firm and expanding legal technology SaaS venture based in New Jersey. Our day-to-day operations are run by a team of Intake Specialists who operate within GoHighLevel, fielding leads generated by our front-end AI voice and text bots.

We are looking for a top-tier GoHighLevel Architect and ---------- /API expert to join our team full-time and long-term. You will not be answering phones, speaking to clients, or doing basic administrative data entry. You are our lead mechanic and system architect. Your job is to build, optimize, and troubleshoot the complex backend systems that our daily operators use, as well as manage the white-label SaaS architecture of our expanding GHL environment.

Working Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week).
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM US Eastern Time).

This schedule provides a highly efficient overlap: You will start your workday with a 3-hour synchronous overlap with our US Evening (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST) for live Zoom screen-shares, Google Work Space communication, and project hand-offs. You will then complete the remainder of your shift independently.

Key Responsibilities:
White-Label & Agency Management: Fully configure, manage, and white-label the GoHighLevel SaaS agency backend. This includes setting up custom domains, DNS records, Mailgun/LC Email, integrating 3CX or other custom VoIP phone systems, and managing the SaaS Configurator for new sub-accounts.

Snapshot Architecture: Build, maintain, and push complex GHL snapshots (pipelines, triggers, templates) across multiple sub-accounts to ensure flawless uniformity.

Architect GHL Systems: Build complex, multi-step workflows, pipelines, and automated SMS/email campaigns natively within GoHighLevel.

API & Webhook Integrations: Build advanced automations exclusively using ---------- to connect GHL with our AI bots and external tools. Because we use GHL natively as our complete legal practice management system, your ---------- workflows will be the absolute backbone of our firm's daily operations.

Automated Document Generation: Map data fields to automatically trigger the drafting of legal fee agreements and initial intake documents once a payment clears in GHL.

Ongoing System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Act as our dedicated technical support. When our daily operators flag a broken trigger, a pipeline bottleneck, or a failed automation, you will quickly diagnose the issue and deploy the fix.

Requirements:
Elite Technical Expertise: You must be an absolute expert in GoHighLevel, ---------- , webhooks, and custom API connections. (We do not use Zapier; ---------- mastery is strictly mandatory).

SaaS / White-Label Experience: You must have proven experience setting up, maintaining, and white-labeling a GHL Agency dashboard, including routing advanced DNS, SMTP settings, and custom VoIP integrations (like 3CX).

Problem-Solving Mindset: You should be able to take a concept (e.g., "We need the AI bot to drop a transcript into GHL, which triggers a payment link, which then drafts a PDF agreement") and build the architecture to make it happen flawlessly.

Clear Written Communication: While you do not need an American accent for phone calls, your written English must be excellent so we can communicate project scopes clearly.

Long-Term Reliability: We need a dependable partner who takes true ownership of the firm's technical health and SaaS infrastructure over the long haul.

How to Apply:
Send your formal PDF resume and submit a 2-3 minute Loom video so we can see your work. Please share your screen and show us a single workflow you are proud of!

Examples of what you can show us:
1. The "Brain" of the Flow: Briefly show us a Condition (If/Else) branch you built. Why did you put it there, and what happens to the lead if they don't meet the criteria?
2. The Safety Net: Show us one way you ensured a lead wouldn't be "forgotten" (e.g., a specific wait step, an internal notification, or a pipeline move).
3. The Organization: Show us how you name your steps or folders.

***This is a long-term growth-oriented and highly professional role. Please only apply if you are willing to submit a talking video WITH a screen-share walkthrough.

Thank you, we appreciate your time and efforts in applying with us!
