JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Female Front Desk Receptionist – Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time
Are you a polished female communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role? We're looking for a senior Female Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming voice of our growing company — handling calls, qualifying leads, and helping customers move their construction projects forward.
This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule of up to 40 hours per week. All hours must be worked on Eastern Standard Time (EST, USA).

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and provide a professional, empathetic experience for every caller
Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and existing customers
Set appointments and qualify customers for their construction projects
Use our phone and CRM software to manage calls efficiently
Represent our brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided — you won't be thrown in the deep end.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in reception, customer service, or phone-based roles
Highly fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
Strong empathy and active listening skills
Ability to work consistently on EST (USA) hours
Professional, polished phone presence


Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the construction or healthcare industries
Background in English instruction or language education
