JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving DTC supplement brand. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role requiring EST hours and strong communication.
About the Role
We are a ---------- supplement brand running paid Facebook advertising. We move fast, test constantly, and need someone who can keep operations running smoothly while being hands-on across Shopify, customer support, creative production, and team management. This is not a task-ticking role — we need someone who thinks critically, flags problems before they become issues, and takes ownership.
Responsibilities
Customer Support

Handle customer emails and order inquiries
Manage refunds, replacements, and shipping issues
Maintain professional on-brand communication

Shopify Management

Add and manage products, variants, and collections
Build and update landing pages
Copy updates and layout changes
Custom Liquid section implementation
Theme file and JSON template management

Meta Ads

Upload and organize ad creatives
Track ad performance and flag issues
Maintain naming conventions and asset libraries

Team Output & Project Management

Track daily editor output and flag who is behind
Manage revision requests and approvals
Organize completed work and maintain tracking systems on Asana and Monday

AI Tools & Creative Support

Generate product shots, testimonial images, and website graphics using AI tools
Video generation when needed for eCommerce creative
Graphic design support for ads and website assets
B-roll sourcing and visual support for editors

Requirements

Full-time EST hours, 40 hours per week
Strong written English
Shopify experience including Liquid and JSON templates
Meta Ads Manager experience
AI tools proficiency — Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield or similar
eCommerce customer service experience
Asana, Monday, or similar project management tools
Highly organized, fast-moving, long-term mindset
