JOB OVERVIEW

**AI Automation Specialist (Remote – Full Time)**

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused AI Automation Specialist to help us streamline operations, build internal systems, and eliminate repetitive work across multiple business units.

This is not a theory role. You’ll be hands-on building real automations that save time, reduce errors, and scale output.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

* Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and similar platforms
* Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, APIs, custom workflows) into daily operations
* Create systems for lead handling, CRM updates, reporting, and internal workflows
* Automate repetitive admin and sales processes
* Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
* Document systems clearly so they can be maintained and scaled

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Strong experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
* Solid understanding of APIs and how systems connect
* Experience using AI tools in workflows (OpenAI, GPT, etc.)
* Problem-solver who can take an idea and build it without hand-holding
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Strong written English

**Bonus (Nice to Have):**

* Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Basic coding (JavaScript, Python)
* Experience working with sales or marketing automations
* Familiarity with webhooks and custom integrations

**What Success Looks Like:**

* You identify inefficiencies before we do
* You build systems that replace manual work
* You think in workflows, not tasks
* You move fast and improve as you go

**Compensation:**
* Based on experience
* Opportunity for long-term growth and increased responsibility

**How to Apply:**

1. Send a short intro about your experience
2. Include examples of automations you’ve built (loom video preferred)
3. Answer this: *What’s one process you would automate in a growing company and how would you do it?*

We’re building fast and need someone who can keep up. If you’re technical, resourceful, and love building systems that actually get used-this will be a great fit.
