We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant and Short Term Rental Property Manager to manage Airbnb guest communication,
Position: Part-time Administrative Assistant & Short Term Rental Property Manager
Hours: 32 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (California/PST)
- Saturday & Sunday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (California/PST)
Responsibilities:
- Handle Airbnb guest communication, including inquiries, check-in instructions, and issue resolution. Guests must be responded to within 3–5 minutes during your shift.
- Manage and organize incoming
- Coordinate with the property manager and cleaning team regarding schedules and guest needs.
- Maintain property records, spreadsheets, and task lists.
- Assist with calendar management, booking coordination, and follow-ups.
- Perform other administrative and operational support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Previous experience with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms is preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and communication tools like Zoom.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with property management tools such as Hostaway, Airbnb & VRBO
- Background in customer service, operations, or executive assistance.
