JOB OVERVIEW

About Us & Your Role
We’re building and scaling high-velocity DTC brands.

The pace is fast. The standards are high. The upside is massive.

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to become the executional backbone of the marketing team.

You’ll own the systems that keep everything running:
Ad scheduling
Tracking sheets
Reporting
Comment extraction
Day-to-day marketing operations

You’ll also take on new initiatives and ad hoc projects:
UGC sourcing & coordination
Influencer outreach
Competitor research
One-off high-priority projects

Anything that falls outside a clear owner — you take it and run with it.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Meta, acting as their right-hand.

The goal is simple:
Take things off their plate. Execute them fully.

We’re looking for someone who:
Figures things out
Moves fast
Solves problems
Improves systems

If you’re organized, resourceful, and take pride in being the person who gets things done without being chased — you’ll thrive here.

If you need constant direction, prefer predictable work, or move slowly — this won’t be the right fit.

We’re building something rare.

If you want in, let’s talk.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the day-to-day marketing operations — ensuring core systems like ad scheduling, tracking, reporting, and comment extraction run smoothly and on time.
Build and own the UGC and influencer pipeline from scratch — sourcing creators, managing outreach, coordinating deliverables, and turning it into a repeatable, scalable system.
Execute high-priority and ad hoc projects end-to-end — taking ideas or tasks and fully running with them without needing constant direction.
Conduct ongoing competitor and market research — identifying new creative angles, trends, and insights to support the marketing team.
Support campaign execution on Meta — assisting with launches, adjustments, and resolving operational issues when needed.
Coordinate across the marketing team to ensure projects, deliverables, and campaigns move forward without delays or breakdowns.
Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows — finding ways to make processes faster, cleaner, and more reliable, including leveraging AI or automation where applicable.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in an operations, marketing, or execution-focused role (e-commerce or DTC experience is a strong plus).
Highly resourceful and able to figure things out independently without step-by-step instructions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and priorities at once.
High attention to detail — able to catch small errors and maintain accuracy across tasks, data, and deliverables.
Fast executor — able to move quickly, handle high workload, and complete tasks without unnecessary delays.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate workflows, research, and problem-solving.
Clear and responsive communicator — able to work effectively with different tea ---------- mbers and keep things moving.

Why Us
High-Growth Environment: We’re scaling fast, and as we grow, so will your role. There’s real opportunity to take on more responsibility and evolve beyond a typical “assistant” position.
Massive Learning: You’ll work across multiple areas of marketing — operations, UGC, campaigns, systems, and more — gaining hands-on experience that most roles don’t offer.
Performance Incentives: Your impact won’t go unnoticed. High performers are rewarded based on output and contribution.
Real Impact: Your work directly affects how fast and how efficiently we scale. You won’t be doing busy work — what you do matters immediately.
High-Performance Culture: You’ll work alongside a team that moves fast, takes ownership, and holds a high standard across everything.
