We're TrustShield24, a growing reputation management company. We help businesses clean up policy-violating reviews on Trustpilot.
We're hiring a reliable Operations Assistant to handle daily case management. This is a long-term role with clear growth path — we're not looking for a freelancer, we want someone who becomes core to the team.
What You'll Do

Execute a daily task queue in Google Sheets
Submit review removal requests via a browser profile manager (Multilogin or Dolphin Anty) — each client has their own profile, we never share passwords
Update case statuses in Google Sheets in real-time
Review AI-drafted responses, edit if needed, submit
Draft simple client emails from templates (reviewed by founder before sending during first 60 days)
Log every action in the audit trail
Flag complex cases for founder review

What You Are NOT Expected To Do

Generate case strategies from scratch (AI does this)
Negotiate with clients or handle sales
Make payment or legal decisions
Work without clear SOPs

You're the execution engine. Process is documented. AI drafts responses. You follow the workflow.
Requirements

Written English at B2+ level (professional, clear, no major errors)
Expert Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, sorting, conditional formatting)
High attention to detail — mistakes cost client trust
20-25 hours per week, aligned with UK business hours (roughly 4pm-11pm Philippines time)
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, dedicated computer
Stable work history (2+ years at previous roles preferred)
Experience in customer service, content moderation, or VA roles

Compensation

Starting at $ ---------- /month depending on experience
Paid 2-hour trial ($40) regardless of hiring outcome
Salary review at 90 days based on performance
