E-COMMERCE GROWTH ASSISTANT
Shopify Pages + WordPress Funnels + Product Graphics — from A to Z

WHO WE ARE
We're a European e-commerce incubator. We test, validate, and scale consumer brands across 12+ countries. Small team (under 10 people), fully remote, moving fast. Two established brands in pet products and health supplements, growing 2–3x every year — with plans to launch 20+ new brands in 2026.
We have proven products. Proven sales funnels. A proven ad strategy. What we need is someone who takes all of that and turns it into live, revenue-generating pages across multiple markets.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who will own the entire front-end execution of our sales funnels. You build Shopify product pages. You build WordPress landing pages. You create product mockups and graphics. You duplicate everything across 12+ European markets.
You work directly with our CMO (your day-to-day manager) and CEO. No layers. No bureaucracy.
This is NOT a "general VA" role where you answer
The role starts execution-heavy. As you prove yourself, it expands into competitor research, brand briefs, and coordinating our brand incubation pipeline.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Building pages & funnels (~50–60% of your time)
• Build Shopify product pages from briefs — Create a whole Shopify store from A to Z: upload images, format descriptions, set up variants and pricing, add CTAs. Match the look and quality of our existing stores.
• Build WordPress/Elementor landing pages — Some of our funnels use landing pages. You format the article, add product images, CTA buttons. Content is provided — your job is clean, responsive implementation.
• Duplicate proven funnels to new markets — take a working funnel, copy the page, swap in translated content. Repeat across 12+ countries.
• Maintain and update existing pages — price changes, image swaps, link fixes, seasonal updates. You're the single owner of our front-end.
Graphics & mockups (~20–30% of your time)
• Create product mockups and packaging visuals — Canva, AI tools, or Photoshop. Work from brand briefs to keep visual consistency across markets.
• Design banners, comparison graphics, and page assets — everything the landing pages and product pages need to look professional and convert.
• Build A/B test variants — duplicate pages, swap headlines/CTAs/layouts per brief. You implement the tests, the marketing team designs them.
Tracking, research & coordination (~10–20% of your time)
• Implement tracking on every new page —
• Competitor research for new brands — using our playbook, check Meta Ads Library, Amazon, Google Trends. Deliver structured briefs for CEO decision-making.
• Keep our pipeline moving in Notion — update task statuses, track deadlines, flag blockers. You don't make strategic decisions — you make sure nothing gets stuck.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
• You understand how e-commerce funnels work — why comparison pages convert, why CTAs matter, and how product pages drive purchases. You don't need to be a copywriter, but you get the logic behind selling online.
• Shopify experience — building product pages, not just managing orders. Show us 2–3 live pages you've built.
• WordPress + Elementor proficiency — you can build a full landing page from a brief. Responsive, clean, fast-loading.
• Graphic design skills — Canva (required), Photoshop or AI design tools (preferred). You can create product mockups and page visuals.
• Basic HTML/CSS — enough to fix spacing, fonts, colors without waiting for a developer.
• Google Tag Manager basics — install tags, set up triggers, verify tracking.
• Strong English (B2+) — you'll read detailed briefs and communicate async via Slack. Comprehension must be flawless.
• Self-directed work style — you read the brief, execute, deliver. You ask clarifying questions upfront, not halfway through.
• We work hard and pay well. This is a 44h/week role, including ~4 hours on Saturdays. The rest of your schedule is flexible around core hours.
Nice to have:
• Experience with multilingual/multi-market e-commerce (EU markets preferred)
• Direct response copywriting awareness — you understand persuasion, even if you don't write copy
• Notion experience (databases, kanban boards, task management)
• Video editing or AI-generated content experience

HIRING PROCESS
1. Online Test — You will receive a link to a 10 min online test
2. Paid test task — build a real product page or landing page from our brief. 48h deadline. We always pay for test work.
3. Video call with CMO or CEO (30–60 min) — your future manager. We talk about your experience and how you work.
4. 2-week paid trial — full onboarding, real tasks, mutual evaluation.
5. Full-time offer — if we're both happy, you're in.

• "Designer" who never sees results — you see exactly how your pages perform
• "Project manager" who coordinates but doesn't build — you build everything yourself
• A short-term freelance gig — we want someone long-term who grows with us
