We're a fast-moving real estate portfolio company— spanning RV parks, Mobile Home Parks, Single Family and commercial operations. We're looking for a sharp, organized bookkeeper who can keep our books clean, our accounts reconciled, and our reporting sharp — without needing to be hand-held. If you thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment and know your way around real estate financials, we want to talk.
What you'll own:
Monthly reconciliation across multiple LLCs and entities
QuickBooks Online management — categorization, journal entries, clean chart of accounts
Tracking income and expenses by property and asset class
Producing monthly P&Ls and cash flow summaries for each entity
Supporting tax prep — coordinating with our CPA at year-end
Managing accounts payable and vendor payments
Light payroll coordination (we have a small team)
You're a fit if you:
Have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in real estate or a multi-entity environment
Are fluent in QuickBooks Online — you set it up, you fix it, you train others if needed
Understand real estate terminology: NOI, cap rate, depreciation, cost segregation, etc.
Are detail-obsessed but fast — you catch errors before anyone else notices them
Communicate proactively and can work asynchronously with a busy operator
Are comfortable juggling 5–10 entities with different revenue models
Nice to have:
Experience with RV parks, hospitality, or short-term rental properties
Familiarity with construction draws or development project tracking
Experience setting up accounting systems from scratch
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
