Golden Stain is a growing home services company based in Colorado specializing in fence and deck staining, deck rebuilds, and interior remodeling. We move fast, we hold high standards, and we are building something real. This is not a placeholder job. The right person will grow with this company and eventually oversee full operations as we expand into a second business.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who is sharp, ambitious, and takes ownership. You will be the backbone of our client-facing operations and the person keeping everything running while the owner focuses on growth. We are heading into busy season, and the first week will require heavy lifting to get caught up. If that excites you, you are probably the right person.
This role is not for someone who wants to be told what to do every hour. It is for someone who sees a problem, solves it, and reports back. We do not want a yes-person. We want someone business-minded who will push back when something can be done better.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Managing all client communications via text,
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Excellent written and spoken English with client-facing communication experience. Experience with CRM or scheduling tools, like Housecall Pro, is a big plus. An ambitious ownership-driven mindset with a desire to grow and eventually lead. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Comfortable and confident making calls to clients on behalf of the owner. I am available to work Colorado business hours in Mountain Time, six days a week, with the possibility of occasional 5-day weeks depending on the season.

In your application, tell us your experience level with each of the following. These are not required but the right person will have room to take these on and be compensated for it.
WordPress website updates and basic edits. Local SEO and Google ranking. Meta Ads campaign management. Any other marketing, business, or tech skills you bring to the table.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
You must have your own reliable high-speed internet, a quality microphone, and a capable computer or laptop. These are non-negotiable.
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH:
Starting pay is $650 per month. After 30 days, a performance review will be conducted, with the potential to earn more based on results. A bonus is included for any week that exceeds 50 hours to make sure nothing gets missed. Long-term opportunity to oversee full operations and eventually manage a team as the company scales into new ventures.
