Summary
???? Context:
We are a high-growth startup building a specific kind of visual output. We don’t want "content fillers" we want a storyteller who understands that silence is just as important as sound.

???? Job:
We’re looking for a core team member, not a gig worker. You’ll be responsible for translating scripts into high-end visual narratives with a heavy focus on SaaS-style aesthetics. Some weeks are heavy, some are strategic you move with us.

???? Deliverables:
Your output will be clean, minimal, and premium. We prioritize:
Pacing & Tension: Mastery over timing and the "breath" between frames.
Minimalist Visuals: No templates, no noise, just intentional design.
Soundscapes:Thoughtful sound design (music, strategic pauses, and impact).

???? Salary:
$100-120 / month. Initially, you’ll work closely with me to build real taste and gain deep business exposure. This is an early-stage role with core-team potential.
