We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who develops, implements, and manages multiple client social media strategies to boost brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. Key responsibilities include creating content calendars, producing engaging content (written, video, images), monitoring trends, and analysing performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize engagement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Content Creation & Management: Generate, edit, and schedule daily content (e.g., text, images, video) across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments, and manage online brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare regular reports for management.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and platform algorithm changes.
Collaboration: Work with production and SEO teams to assist in reachng the results you require for image and video assets, and direction on what searches are looking for..
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Usually 3–4+ years of professional experience in social media, marketing, or community management.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging, on-brand content.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Creativity & Strategy: Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Typical Educational Background
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, though professional experience is preferred.
