We are an Australian company on a strong growth trajectory, building out our offshore marketing capability. We are ideally seeking two specialists — a Creative Brand Designer and a Digital Marketing & Website Specialist — but we know that occasionally the right person brings genuine mastery in both disciplines.
This combined role is for that person. You will be a trusted, senior member of our offshore marketing team, working directly with our Australian marketing lead to deliver across brand, creative, digital, and social. You'll be given real ownership, real variety, and real opportunity to grow with the business.

BRAND & CREATIVE
• Brand creation | building identity, visual language, and tone from brief to launch
• Developing complete brand asset suites | logos, colour systems, typography, templates
• Translating campaign briefs into compelling, on-brand creative executions
• Designing across formats | digital, print, presentations, events, video, social
DIGITAL & WEBSITE
• Website ownership | maintenance, development, and performance optimisation via Webflow
• SEO strategy and execution | organic growth, keyword development, technical SEO
• SEM campaign management | Google Ads and paid search
• Digital campaign delivery across channels with clear performance reporting
• Social Media | posting across channels with relevant content to support key marketing outcomes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 4–6 years across both brand design and digital marketing, in genuine specialist roles, not hybrid admin positions
• A portfolio demonstrating brand creation work AND measurable digital results
• Experience working with international or Australian organisations
• Excellent written and spoken English, you will be communicating daily with senior Australian stakeholders
• A strategic mindset - you understand the commercial reason behind every brief
• High personal standards around confidentiality, data security, and commercial sensitivity
• Ability to manage a broad, fast-moving workload without losing quality
• Proactive and solutions-oriented you raise issues early and bring options with them
• Culturally adaptable, comfortable working across different styles, time zones, and expectations
• Not afraid to push back, ask questions, or suggest a better way
This is a rare brief and we know it. We are not looking for someone who is "pretty good" at both — we need someone with genuine depth in both disciplines, evidenced by their portfolio and their results.
