JOB OVERVIEW

We are ClarityWorks - and we a’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Video & AI Ad Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging, high-performing video content.

This is more than a video editing role—you will help bring voices to life, scale messaging, and create content that converts.

You’ll work closely with leadership to transform concepts into scroll-stopping videos that build brand visibility, strengthen connection, and drive results.

What You’ll Do
- Create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Produce compelling social media ads (Reels, video ads, promotional clips)
- Record voiceovers OR generate high-quality AI voiceovers
- Add captions, hooks, and on-screen text to maximize engagement
- Turn ideas, prompts, or scripts into polished, high-performing videos
- Repurpose long-form content into short, impactful clips
- Develop creative concepts and content angles for campaigns
- Optimize videos for performance (strong hooks, pacing, clear CTA)
- Collaborate on content calendars and marketing initiatives

AI-Enhanced Content Creation (Required)
We are specifically looking for someone who can leverage AI tools to create content efficiently and at scale, including:
- Using HeyGen (or similar) to create AI avatar or spokesperson-style videos
- Using ElevenLabs (or similar) to generate realistic voiceovers
- Enhancing content creation workflows using AI tools (editing, scripting, variations)
- Bringing innovative ideas on how AI can improve content performance and production speed
- Voice Cloning & Brand Voice Capability (Required)

This role includes the ability to replicate and extend brand voices for content creation.
- Work with voice samples from leadership or clients to create natural, authentic AI voiceovers
- Match tone, pacing, and personality so content feels human—not robotic
- Sync voiceovers seamlessly with video, captions, and visuals
- Ensure consistency across all content created

Voice & Brand Integrity
- Respect voice ownership, confidentiality, and consent at all times
- Follow clear guidelines when using client or company voice likeness
- Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand standards and ethical use

What We’re Looking For
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
- Experience creating social media ads (not just organic content)
- Ability to create or enhance short, compelling captions and hooks
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Strong attention to detail and quick turnaround time
- Self-starter who can take direction and elevate ideas
- Understanding of what makes content engaging and conversion-driven

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working with service-based businesses, consultants, or personal brands
- Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising)
- Ability to identify trends, sounds, and viral content opportunities
- Basic understanding of marketing strategy and audience targeting

Deliverables / Expectations
- Weekly or monthly batch of short-form videos
- Ad creatives ready for campaign use
- Captions and on-screen text included
- Revisions based on feedback and performance insights
