JOB OVERVIEW

Monarch Marketing is a US based marketing and automation agency serving med spa owners. We are hiring a full time cold caller to book discovery calls with med spa owners across the United States.

This role is a fit for you if you are comfortable on the phone, you handle rejection well, and you want a stable long term position with base pay plus commission.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make 60 to 80 outbound calls per day from a provided lead list
- Follow our script and objection handling playbook
- Get past gatekeepers and reach the owner or decision maker
- Book qualified discovery calls directly into our calendar
- Log every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Join trainings and meetings with founder and coaches.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- US phone number and dialer software
- Full script, objection responses, and gatekeeper bypass training
- Paid onboarding week to learn the offer and practice calls
- 2-3x weekly coaching for reviews and assessments.
- CRM access with call recordings so we can review and improve together

WORK HOURS
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Time
- In Manila time this is roughly 9 PM to 5 AM depending on US daylight saving
- You must be willing to work night shift long term. Please do not apply if you want day shift Manila time.

COMPENSATION
- Base pay: $4 USD per hour
- Commission: $30 USD per discovery call where the prospect shows up
- Realistic target: 10 to 15 showed calls per month
- Total expected monthly earnings: $900 to $1,100 USD
- Paid semi monthly
- Performance reviews at 30 and 90 days with raises based on results

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience, ideally B2B or US based (we will consider strong candidates with less experience if your voice sample is excellent)
- Clear spoken English with a neutral or light accent
- Reliable internet connection and a good quality headset
- Comfortable with CRM tools (we use GoHighLevel, will train you)
- Confidence on the phone and quick thinking when handling objections

NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or med spa industries
- Prior work with US marketing or agency clients
- Appointment setting for higher ticket services

HOW TO APPLY

A lot of med spa owners we talk to are leaving money on the table because leads come in and nobody follows up fast enough, or the front desk misses calls during busy hours. We help fix that with some simple AI tools, nothing crazy. I'm not here to pitch you on the phone. I'd love to put together a quick audit of what's happening with your leads and walk you through it. Takes about 15 minutes.

Totally fair, and honestly most owners say that at first. Can I ask one quick question though, when a new patient calls your spa after hours, what happens to that call right now? ... Okay, that's exactly the kind of thing we look at in the audit. How about I grab 15 minutes on your calendar next Tuesday or Wednesday and show you what we found? No pressure either way."
