Job Title: WhatsApp Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

Overview
We are looking for an experienced WhatsApp Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our outreach and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate understands how to use WhatsApp as a marketing and communication channel to generate leads, build relationships, and drive conversions—while maintaining professionalism and respecting platform policies.

Responsibilities

Execute WhatsApp-based outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
Initiate and manage conversations with prospects in a natural, engaging manner
Follow structured messaging scripts while adapting tone based on responses
Maintain organized records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups
Segment and manage contact lists effectively for targeted outreach
Optimize messaging strategies to improve response and conversion rates
Report on campaign performance (response rates, conversions, lead quality)
Collaborate to refine outreach strategies and messaging templates

Requirements

Proven experience with WhatsApp marketing, lead generation, or direct outreach
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle high-volume messaging while maintaining quality interactions
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
Understanding of messaging best practices and customer engagement
Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WhatsApp Business tools or automation platforms
Background in sales, customer support, or digital marketing
Experience working with international audiences
Knowledge of compliance and anti-spam best practices
