Position: Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Remote)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and execute credit repair services for clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with dispute processing, credit analysis, and compliance with consumer protection laws.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in credit repair services
- Strong understanding of:
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB complaint process)
- Experience using:
- DisputeFox (credit dispute automation software)
- CFPB portal (filing consumer complaints)
- Credit verification & dispute methods (Metro 2, validation, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze client credit reports (all 3 bureaus)
- Identify:
- Negative accounts
- Inquiries
- Charge-offs
- Collections
- Create and send dispute letters using DisputeFox
- File complaints through the CFPB when necessary
- Use proper dispute strategies (factual, validation, method of verification, etc.)
- Track progress and update client files
- Ensure all work is compliant with credit laws and ethical standards
- Maintain organized records of disputes, responses, and results

- Remove or challenge:
- Hard inquiries
- Late payments
- Collections
- Charge-offs
- Understand when to escalate using the CFPB
- Use dispute templates correctly (not random or illegal tactics)
- Read and interpret credit reports accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients if needed

- Experience with credit monitoring tools (SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, etc.)
- Knowledge of business credit
- Experience handling high-volume client files
