CREATIVE MARKETING OPERATOR — AI Content, Social Media & Brand Growth
Remote | Full-Time | Above Market Rate

This is not a typical marketing job.

We are building a brand from the ground up and we need one exceptional person who thinks like a marketer, creates like a designer, and executes like an operator. If you are someone who wakes up thinking about what content moves people and you know how to make it happen using AI tools, keep reading.

The business

You will be working on a growing brand built around original AI characters. Your job is to bring this brand to life across every platform — visually, strategically, and commercially. The foundation is already built. Your role is to make it move.

What you will be doing

Producing character consistent AI generated images and motion video content using Leonardo AI on our account. Creating and managing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a focus on organic audience growth. Polishing and maintaining the website ensuring every element is visually cohesive, on brand, and conversion ready. Building and managing landing pages that are clean, compelling, and commercially effective. Implementing SEO best practices across everything — every image named and tagged correctly, every page title and meta description optimised, every piece of content built with search in mind from day one.

You are the right person if you:

Think about what story to tell before you think about how to produce it. Can take an AI tool like Leonardo and produce character consistent visuals and motion video across multiple scenarios. Understand what makes someone stop scrolling, feel something, and take action. Know how to grow an organic social media audience not just post into the void. Have a sharp eye for website design and can tell the difference between a page that looks good and a page that converts. Treat SEO as a habit not an afterthought — every image optimised, every page title written with intent, every piece of content built to be found.

Tools you will work with

Leonardo AI for image and video generation. Whatever social media scheduling and analytics tools you prefer. WordPress or similar for website management. Standard SEO and keyword tools.

Your qualifications. Your years of experience. What tools you used to do it. We care about your thinking and your output.
What we need from you

A portfolio showing social media content you have grown or managed. Examples of AI generated visual or video content you have produced. Evidence of SEO implementation in past work. A short note telling us what excites you about this role and how you think about building a brand audience from scratch.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a live video interview.
