We’re hiring a Technical Ads Manager who can do more than just run ads—you’ll be responsible for building the full system behind high-performing campaigns.
This role is for someone who understands both paid traffic and the technical backend, and can confidently execute from ad click to conversion.
What You’ll Own:
Launching, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Building and optimizing landing pages and funnels that convert
Setting up and managing automations, workflows, and CRM systems in GoHighLevel
Handling technical setup: integrations, tracking, pixels, and troubleshooting
Continuously improving funnel performance through testing and optimization
Requirements:
-Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — non-negotiable
-Proven track record managing paid ads campaigns
-Hands-on experience building funnels and landing pages
-Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and integrations
-Ability to edit and optimize pages (design, layout, and basic copy)
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Bonus If You:
-Have hands-on experience building and managing GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts and ad campaigns specifically in the Insurance or Medicare space
-Have a proven track record of scaling successful campaigns
-Understand funnel strategy and the full customer journey from lead to conversion
-Can quickly identify bottlenecks in campaigns or funnels and implement effective solutions
