JOB OVERVIEW

Greatgoodie LLC is a fast-growing fashion dropshipping company. We are looking for an experienced and driven Shopify Store Manager. In 2025, we generated $12M+ in revenue across multiple Shopify stores, serving customers in the US, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Canada. Our fully remote team works across marketing, creative production, customer service, and operations.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of 10 people, including product listers, media buyers, video editors, ads launchers, and photo editors. You will oversee the full frontend operation from store performance and conversion rate optimization to ad creatives and new store builds.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

- Shopify (store management, store builds, CRO)
- Fashion dropshipping (managing stores in this niche specifically)
- Frontend operations (ads, creatives, funnels, product pages)
- Leading and coordinating a marketing/creative team

Responsibilities:

1) Managing and leading a team of 10 across multiple frontend departments.
2) Overseeing product listing, ad creative production, and media buying.
3) Optimizing conversion rates across all active stores.
4) Building and launching new Shopify stores from the ground up.
5) Tracking KPIs across departments and improving processes continuously.
6) Coordinating between media buyers, editors, and product listers to ensure aligned output.
7) Identifying bottlenecks and implementing systems to improve team efficiency.

Applicants must:

- Have proven experience managing Shopify stores in a fashion or dropshipping context.
- Have experience leading a team of at least 5+ people.
- Be available full-time and during weekends
- Be organized, process-driven, and results-oriented.
- Be available to start immediately or within short notice.
