Jr. PPC Growth Manager (Amazon + Operations) – Remote (Global Applicants Welcome)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Jr. PPC Growth Manager who is excited to get hands-on experience across both Amazon PPC and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time role where you’ll work closely with our senior team to execute, optimize, and learn how winning Amazon brands are built.
What You’ll Do
- Amazon PPC (Primary Focus)
- Support the management and optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Monitor bids, budgets, and search terms with a focus on improving performance
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze key metrics (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR) and identify trends
- Assist in campaign builds, restructures, and scaling initiatives
- Collaborate on creative testing (images, video, copy) to improve performance
Amazon Operations (Secondary Focus)
- Support listing updates, uploads, and optimization
- Assist with inventory tracking, basic forecasting inputs, and coordination with the team to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Conduct product and market research (pricing, positioning, competitors)
- Maintain organized tracking sheets and performance dashboards
- Assist with account health monitoring and issue resolution
- Support product launches and new listing setup
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare weekly performance updates and summaries
- Work closely with PPC managers, creatives, and account managers
- Follow SOPs while proactively identifying areas for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Amazon, PPC, eCommerce, or digital marketing
- Strong foundational understanding of Amazon PPC
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Sellerboard, or DataDive
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a full-time workload
- Must have at least 6-7 hours of overlap with the U.S. Central Time
- Basic understanding of how inventory levels impact PPC performance (stockouts, ranking, velocity)
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Basic Canva or creative editing skills
- Experience with data entry, research, or virtual assistant work
- Exposure to Shopify or DTC brands

Compensation & Details
Pay: $3-4/hour(based on experience)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Fully remote (global applicants welcome)
Schedule: Must work U.S. Central Time Zone, or at least have several hours of overlap
