JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager & Video Editor to join our growing team. This is not a side gig or part-time role — this is a long-term, full-time position where you will play a key role in helping our business generate leads and grow.

You will be responsible for editing, publishing, optimizing, and managing content across social platforms with the goal of driving consistent inbound leads.

This role goes far beyond just posting videos. You will be expected to think critically, improve performance over time, and actively contribute ideas that help increase results.

You will also be expected to learn and adapt quickly. We will be using platforms and tools that we may not always be fully familiar with ourselves, which means you must be self-driven, resourceful, and capable of teaching yourself new systems. A strong desire to continuously expand your skills is essential in this role.

You will be treated as a core tea ---------- mber, not just a contractor. We are building something long-term, and we want someone who wants to grow with us — professionally, financially, and personally.
