I'm looking for a Creative Director who values execution and will be a hands-on operator focused on turning business direction into effective marketing outputs that support growth and revenue.
You will be responsible for converting ideas, business insights, and performance data into clear briefs, campaigns, and marketing assets that can be consistently executed across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and guide creative direction across all active products to maintain consistency in messaging and output quality
Translate strategic goals into clear briefs for content, design, and execution teams
Develop core marketing and sales assets such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and video scripts
Turn business outcomes into structured, compelling before-and-after case studies supported by results and data
Write and oversee copy for landing pages,
Build systematic content workflows that convert ideas and business wins into repeatable multi-format marketing output
Identify effective messaging angles, hooks, and content formats based on performance insights as a model for future campaigns
Collaborate closely with marketing and revenue stakeholders to align content and messaging with funnel strategy
Provide direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure consistent and timely execution across deliverables
Analyze campaign performance and adjust creative direction based on measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a creative or marketing role with exposure to revenue-driven outcomes
Strong writing ability across content, sales, and marketing assets
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience guiding creative work through structured briefs, feedback, and quality control
Strong judgment in evaluating content effectiveness beyond aesthetics
Bias toward execution, iteration, and fast improvement cycles
Comfortable working within fast-paced, structured, evolving operational environments
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage
