ABOUT US
Impact Photographics is a US-based company that runs Acumatica as our primary ERP. We are building a dedicated support team to help our internal end users get the most out of the system. You will work directly with our staff to solve day-to-day ERP issues and improve how our team uses Acumatica.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-Support end users with Acumatica questions, issues, and how-to requests
-Build and configure filters inside Acumatica screens for end users
-Troubleshoot and debug trace route errors and system exceptions
-Create and maintain Generic Inquiries (GIs) for reporting and data access
-Document common issues and build an internal knowledge base of solutions
-Partner with our internal admins on screen customizations and workflow questions
-Escalate complex issues to senior admins with clear context and reproduction steps
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-Experience supporting Acumatica ERP
-Strong working knowledge of core modules (Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchasing, AR, AP, GL)
-Proven ability to build Generic Inquiries and custom filters
-Experience reading and interpreting Acumatica trace logs and error messages
-Comfortable writing clear documentation and training materials
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
NICE TO HAVE
-Experience with Acumatica Report Designer
-Familiarity with import scenarios and data migration
-SQL skills for data validation and reporting
-Prior experience supporting a US-based company
-Background in manufacturing, distribution, or commerce industries
