Virtual Assistant (VA) – MyCase & QuickBooks Integration Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with experience in MyCase, QuickBooks, and legal trust accounting to assist with an important system transition.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the transition of client and financial data from another law firm
Integrating MyCase and QuickBooks to ensure they work seamlessly together
Updating and reconciling our accounts to ensure all balances are accurate and current
Entering and verifying account balances from both the former law firm and our current firm
Managing and reviewing trust accounting records to ensure compliance and accuracy
Organizing financial records to ensure tax readiness and accuracy
Reviewing and working from spreadsheets with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience with MyCase and QuickBooks
Experience with legal trust accounting (IOLTA or similar) is required
Strong understanding of accounting basics and data reconciliation
Ability to read, interpret, and work efficiently with spreadsheets
Strong written and spoken English skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Schedule:
Approximately 2 hours per day to start (with potential for additional hours based on performance and need)
