LinkedIn Recruiter & Outreach Specialist
We're looking for a sharp LinkedIn operator who knows how to start conversations that lead to real business. You'll own outreach from first touch to booked meeting.
The role:
You run targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns for our B2B offers. We give you the ICP, the messaging angle, and the offer. You find the right people, get their attention, and move them toward a call with our team.
Day to day, that means prospect research, connection requests, personalized messaging sequences, follow-ups, objection handling, and pipeline tracking — all on LinkedIn.
You're a fit if you:
? Have hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach that generated real pipeline — not vanity metrics
? Know how to write messages that sound human, not templated
? Can manage volume without sacrificing quality or personalization
? Understand B2B sales cycles and know what qualifies a lead vs. wastes everyone's time
? Are comfortable with tools like Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems
? Communicate clearly and proactively — no chasing for updates
Compensation:

$800 – $1,500/month depending on scope and volume
Commission on every closed deal generated from your outreach (discussed during interview, uncapped)

Performance drives earnings. If you're good at this, the commission alone makes it worth your time.
