JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator who takes full ownership of the quoting process and serves as the primary checkpoint between profitability and execution. This is a high-accountability, fast-paced role that touches every phase of a project — from initial quote through final closeout — often managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES


— Build complete project quotes from scratch — specify furniture, verify pricing accuracy, and formally acknowledge pricing with vendors
— Serve as the internal gatekeeper for margin integrity, ensuring every project is set up to be profitable before it moves forward
— Generate and manage purchase orders; track orders, lead times, shipments, and deliveries end to end
— Coordinate across Account Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Vendors, and Accounting throughout the project lifecycle
— Proactively flag delays, discrepancies, and risk factors — and take ownership of resolving issues before they impact timelines or client experience
— Navigate ambiguity and problem-solve in real time, ensuring projects continue moving forward despite challenges or gaps in information

— Identify process gaps and inefficiencies within systems (including E-manage One) and contribute ideas for improving workflows ???
— Manage invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies, and execute clean project closeouts
— Work within E-manage One to maintain accurate project records and documentation

— Someone who understands that precision at the quote stage protects the business downstream
— Experience in furniture, interiors, or a project-based environment is a plus
