About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Appointment Setter with experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and client-facing communication.
In this role, you will represent our clients by reaching out to property managers, HOAs, realtors, and property owners, setting qualified appointments, and conducting Zoom presentations.
This is more than just dialing — your goal is to build relationships and create opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting
Conduct daily outbound calls to property managers, HOAs, realtors, and property owners
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Book appointments such as Zoo
Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects
Client-Facing & Presentations
Conduct Zoom presentations with prospects (1:1 or small groups)
Clearly communicate the client’s services and value proposition
Represent clients professionally in all interactions
Client Coordination
Work closely with clients to coordinate scheduled appointments and events
Ensure smooth handoff and follow-through after booking
Assist in preparing for meetings and presentations
Reporting & Communication
Attend daily internal/tea
Report directly to the Fulfillment Manager
Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients
Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and lead status
Organization & Process Management
Stay organized with outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling
Follow the company’s sales process and SOPs
Take ownership of tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients and decision-makers
Strong communication and presentation skills (Zoom/phone)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Proactive, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups
Experience in client-facing roles is a strong advantage
Requirements
Near-native English communication skills
At least 2–3 years of sales or cold calling experience
Experience in a client-facing role
Comfortable working U.S. hours
Tech-savvy (CRM, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack)
Reliable internet and professional home office setup
Compensation & Benefits
PHP60,000–65,000/month (DOE)
