JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: US Cold Caller (B2B)
Location: Remote
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in US cold calling
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven cold caller with experience in the US market. Your main goal is to connect with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to US prospects
• Speak with decision-makers and qualify leads
• Book qualified meetings in calendar
• Handle objections and keep conversations engaging
• Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in US cold calling
• Strong English communication with clear US accent (mandatory)
• Proven track record of booking meetings
• Comfortable with dialers and CRM tools
• Self-driven and target-oriented
Selection Process:
• Share at least 2 call recordings of your previous cold calls (mandatory)
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a live calling round
Bonus:
• Experience in B2B or agency environment
• Experience with intent-based data or outbound tools
