JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support LinkedIn outreach, lead generation and GoHighLevel pipeline management.

This is a part-time ongoing role (15 hours per week) with room to grow as the business scales.

This is not a general admin role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of lead generation activity, from outreach through to tracking, follow-up and conversion.

What You Will Be Doing
LinkedIn (Primary)

• Send targeted connection requests to our ideal client profile
• Run DM conversations to move connections towards a free masterclass and paid programme
• Engage meaningfully with relevant posts to build visibility
• Track all outreach activity accurately and keep the pipeline up to date
• Maintain clear visibility of where every lead sits and what the next step is

GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Manage CRM, pipelines, tagging and lead tracking
• Ensure all leads from LinkedIn and Instagram are captured correctly
• Support funnels, landing pages and automation workflows
• Identify and fix gaps in the lead flow where needed

What We Are Looking For

Essential
• Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, CRM, automations)
• Strong written English (UK English)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage your time against clear KPIs

Important
• You can follow a structured process, but you also apply judgement
• You understand that not every contact should be treated the same
• You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
