JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support brand management, marketing execution, and Shopify operations. This role focuses on assisting with content creation, ad execution, and coordinating with creators to help grow an online brand in the jewelry space.

Must Have
-Strong experience in e-commerce operations or e-commerce support roles
-Experience working with Middle Eastern / Arabic market
-Experience working with Shopify (product uploads, updates, basic store management)
-Ability to create and execute marketing creatives (ads, visuals, basic video content)
-Experience uploading ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads (no budget management required)
-Strong creative and design sense for digital content
-Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
-Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities
-Support overall brand management activities
-Coordinate with content creators and assist in content planning
-Create and execute marketing materials (ads, visuals, short-form content)
-Upload and manage ad creatives on Meta and Google platforms
-Maintain and update Shopify store listings and product pages
-Assist in basic video editing and visual content creation
-Support day-to-day e-commerce and marketing tasks as needed

Plus to Have
-Experience in jewelry or fashion e-commerce
-Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations
-Strong portfolio in ad creatives or social media content
-Understanding of Middle Eastern / Arabic market preferences and trends
-Advanced design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
