JOB OVERVIEW

About the role
We are a SaaS platform that helps fashion brands manage their product development (tech packs, purchase orders, shipments, supplier communication). Think of it as the operating system for apparel brands.

I'm looking for someone who will own revenue growth. That means running demos to close new business, onboarding the clients you sell, and then growing those accounts over time. You're not a support person who occasionally sells — you're a salesperson who makes sure your clients succeed so they stick around and expand.

What you'll actually be doing
Prospecting and outreach to fashion brands who'd benefit from the platform (mostly calls will be booked via ads for you). Running live demos via Google Meet, handling objections, and closing deals. Managing email communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond — you'll need to stay on top of threads, follow up promptly, and keep conversations moving as deal cycles can take 14-30 days. Onboarding new clients you've sold — training them on the platform so they get value fast. Managing ongoing client relationships to reduce churn and identify upsell opportunities. Keeping the CRM updated with pipeline activity, deal stages, and client notes — if it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen. You'll be trained on the product — you don't need to know it already. But you do need to be someone who takes ownership of a number and finds ways to hit it.

Requirements
Native or near-native American English is non-negotiable. You'll be on calls with US-based brand owners and need to communicate clearly and confidently. Proven track record in sales — you've carried a quota before and can talk about how you hit it. Strong written communication — a big part of this role is email. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. Available during US business hours.
Compensation

$1,000–$1,500 USD/month base depending on experience, plus commission on every deal you close. This is a ground-floor role at a growing startup — the better you sell, the more you make, and the role grows with the company.
