Outcomes
1. Catalog Accuracy & Listing Management
- Zero listing errors on live client accounts (pricing, images, descriptions, specifications always current and correct)
- All new listings and catalog updates published within 24 hours of receiving approved content
- Flat file uploads executed error-free (or resolved independently)
- SEO-optimized listing copy (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms) created for all new and updated listings using our AI-powered Claude workflow
- Catalog aligned with Amazon Rufus optimization requirements across all managed accounts
2. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- All open Amazon cases responded to within 24 hours, resolved within 72 hours (or escalated with documented reason)
- Listing suppressions identified and resolved within 24 hours
- Account Health rating maintained at "Good" or above
- FBA inventory discrepancies flagged and reimbursement claims filed within 48 hours of detection with the help of TrueOps

- All repeatable workflows documented in SOPs (90% coverage by end of your first quarter)
- Weekly status update delivered to the Amazon Lead covering: open cases, listing changes, inventory flags, and blockers
- Respond to team Slack messages within 4 business hours during working hours

Requirements
- 2+ years in e-commerce operations and Seller Central
- Proven experience with Inventory Flat Files (creation, editing, bulk uploads)
- Working knowledge of Amazon case management and policy compliance
- Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for Amazon listings
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). You don't need to be an expert, but you should be genuinely interested in learning and adopting AI-powered workflows
- Fluent English communication
- Reliable internet
