JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in fashion dropshipping on Shopify and are looking for an accurate and proactive Backend Virtual Assistant (VA) to support us with daily operational processes.
Your responsibilities:

Performing quality checks on products, data, and internal processes

Managing and keeping sheets and documentation up to date

Calculating and analyzing BER (Break-even ROAS)

Checking and monitoring Parcel Panel / shipment tracking

Identifying discrepancies and proactively thinking about improvements

Supporting various backend and operational tasks

What we are looking for:

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel

Accurate, structured, and able to work independently

Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus

Good communication skills (Dutch and/or English)
