JOB OVERVIEW

Are you fast, organized, and great at finding the right people on Instagram — then starting real conversations with them?
We're hiring a full-time Creator Outreach Specialist to find and recruit UGC creators and micro-influencers for our DTC brand's affiliate program.
This is not a "send 10 messages a day" role.
You will be reaching out to 50+ creators per day with personalized DMs from our brand's Instagram account — and managing all replies until they're qualified and ready for onboarding.
If you're sharp at social media research, comfortable with high outreach volume, and can hold natural conversations in DMs — read on.
What You'll Be Doing

Research and identify creators on Instagram who match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
We will provide you with the exact ICP criteria — your job is to find creators who match it
Manually send personalized DMs from the brand's Instagram account (no bots, no automation tools)
Handle all replies: answer questions about the program, build interest, qualify fit
Log every contacted creator in Go High Level (CRM) with tags and status updates
Move creators through GHL pipeline stages as conversations progress:

Prospecting ? Contacted ? Replied ? Interested ? Ready to go


Run follow-up sequences on non-responders (1 follow-up DM after 3–5 days)
Keep a clean, up-to-date pipeline so our onboarding team knows exactly who is ready

Output Expectations (Very Important)
This role requires high daily output.
You should be comfortable delivering approximately:

50+ personalized creator outreach DMs per day
Managing 100+ active conversations in various stages at any time
Updating GHL pipeline statuses daily — no backlog, no missed contacts
Maintaining a 90%+ logging accuracy (every contact must be in GHL)

You must be:

Fast
Organized
Able to juggle high volume without dropping conversations

We are scaling — and speed matters.
Must-Have Skills

Strong Instagram research skills:

Finding creators by niche, hashtag, content style, engagement patterns
Quickly assessing follower quality (spotting fake followers, low engagement)
Understanding what "good content" looks like for product-based brands


Excellent English writing for DMs:

Natural, conversational tone — not robotic or salesy
Ability to personalize messages by referencing the creator's actual content
Comfortable handling objections and questions in a friendly way


CRM experience:

Familiar with pipeline-based CRMs (Go High Level preferred, but HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar is fine)
Comfortable with tagging, status updates, and contact management


Self-management:

You track your own progress
You flag issues before they become problems
You don't need to be reminded to update the CRM



Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience with influencer or creator outreach
Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce brands and UGC
Previous work with Go High Level specifically
Understanding of affiliate programs or performance marketing
Experience working with Scandinavian or European brands

Important Note
You will NOT be handling contracts, product shipments, or any technical setup.
Your job ends when you move a qualified, interested creator to the "Ready to go" status in GHL.
From there, our onboarding team takes over.
Your entire focus is: find the right creators, start the conversation, qualify them, and hand them off ready.
