About Us

We are a woman-owned creative studio based in Los Angeles, California working with VTubers, streamers, content creators, and digital brands.
Our focus is building internet-native media such as motion graphics, intro videos, creator branding, thumbnails, announcement videos, website visuals, and social media content.

We are a small but growing creative studio that values collaboration, creativity, and initiative. We are looking for individuals who understand online culture and want to grow with a team from the ground up.

This role will start as contract work with the potential for long-term collaboration as the studio grows.

The Role

You will support ---------- communities and live streams by maintaining a positive, engaging, and safe environment for VTubers and their audiences.

This is a part-time, gig-based role focused on moderation, community engagement, and assisting with maintaining the overall tone and structure of online communities.

You will work under the Creative Director and alongside the Social Media & Community team.

What You Will Be Working On

Projects and tasks may include:

• Moderating ---------- servers for VTubers and communities
• Assisting with live stream chat moderation
• Supporting community engagement and conversations
• Helping maintain a positive and welcoming environment
• Assisting with simple ---------- organization and updates
• Supporting community events and activities

Responsibilities

• Monitor ---------- chats and enforce community guidelines
• Moderate live stream chats (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) when needed
• Respond to users in a friendly and on-brand manner
• Identify and handle spam, toxicity, or disruptive behavior
• Support community engagement and encourage conversations
• Assist with onboarding new members and answering basic questions

• Help maintain community tone, language, and overall “vibe”
• Report issues or concerns to Social Media & Community Lead and team
• Assist with basic ---------- organization (channels, roles, etc.)
• Support events, announcements, and community activities

• Work collaboratively using tools such as ---------- and Trello
• Follow assigned direction and moderation guidelines

What We Are Looking For

• Active ---------- user with moderation experience
• Strong understanding of online communities and internet culture
• Familiarity with VTubers, streaming, or gaming communities
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-moving chats
• Reliable communication in a remote work environment

A high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable, but relevant moderation or community experience is required.

Preferred

• Experience moderating ---------- servers or Twitch/YouTube chats
• Experience in VTuber or streaming communities
• Understanding of ---------- s, trends, and online behavior
• Ability to handle difficult situations or users professionally
• Familiarity with ---------- moderation tools and bots (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, etc.)

Candidates with experience setting up or managing ---------- bots, automation, or moderation tools may be considered for higher pay.

Work Setup

• Remote work

This role has the potential to transition into a longer-term position based on performance and team fit.

Compensation

Community Moderator (Entry Level)
• $1.00 – $2.00 USD per hour depending on experience
• Hours vary depending on activity and coverage needs

Candidates with strong ---------- bot knowledge, automation experience, or advanced moderation skills may be considered at a higher rate.

The first 30 days will serve as a trial period to establish workflow and expectations.
Pay increases may be considered later based on performance and long-term collaboration.
