JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant / Talent Coordinator to support me in my career as a model, actor, and content creator.

The role is flexible and task-based, meaning responsibilities will vary depending on current projects and needs. I will be guiding you closely, especially at the beginning, so you’ll always have clear direction.

Responsibilities:
• Talent & Project Coordination
– Help source creative professionals (photographers, filmmakers, stylists, makeup artists, etc.) depending on project needs and location
– Assist with organizing shoots and creative work

• Opportunities & Growth
– Research potential brand collaborations
– Help identify opportunities in modeling and acting (castings, collaborations, etc.)
– Support outreach and communication when needed

• Organization & Management
– Help keep track of tasks, ideas, and ongoing projects
– Assist in organizing schedules and priorities when required

• Research
– Find relevant contacts, creatives, or professionals when needed

Important:
This is NOT a social media manager role.
The focus is on supporting my career growth and helping manage opportunities.

About me:
Im Argentinian/Italian with based between Singapore and Sydney and travel regularly, working across different projects.
