THE ROLE
You will be OptiME Health's sole marketing engine — owning everything from content creation and video editing to CRM management, campaign execution, analytics, and workflow systems. You are a full-stack marketer: you can shoot and edit a Reel in the morning and build a lead tracking dashboard in the afternoon.
You will report directly to the founder and be expected to move fast, think strategically, and produce results — not just activity.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT (All Platforms)
? Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
? Short and long-form video creation, editing, and publishing
? Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and long-form content
? Content calendar management across all platforms
? Trend research — identify and act before trends peak
? Captions, hooks, and copy written for real women, not algorithms
? Podcast episode editing and clip distribution
? Platform analytics — track what works, kill what doesn't
MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
? Execute launch campaigns for programs, hero offers, and promotions
? Coordinate landing pages,
? Maintain campaign timelines and checklists
? Ensure consistency across all digital channels
EMAIL
? Build and manage
? List management, tagging, and segmentation
? CRM flow setup and maintenance
? Intake form and funnel coordination
? Copy must be proofed, compliant, and on-brand
ADS & FUNNEL SUPPORT
? Support Meta and Instagram ad execution
? Upload creatives, copy, and links
? Monitor basic ad performance and flag issues
? Maintain organized ad asset library
WEBSITE, FUNNEL & ASSET MANAGEMENT
? Update website content and landing pages
? Upload lead magnets, PDFs, and resources
? Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
ANALYTICS, REPORTING & OPTIMIZATION
? Track KPIs: leads, conversions, engagement,
? Prepare weekly performance summaries — delivered every Monday
? Identify what is working and what is not — with recommendations
? Maintain dashboards and tracking sheets
SYSTEMS & SOPs
? Create and maintain SOPs for all marketing workflows
? Keep files, folders, and assets organized
? Manage project trackers (Notion or Google Sheets)
? Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role requires both halves of your brain — creative and analytical. If you are only one, this is not the right fit.
The most important qualities — in order:
1. FULL-STACK MINDSET — You can create a video and build a workflow in the same day. You do not say "that's not my job."
2. RESULTS-DRIVEN — You measure everything. Vanity metrics are not wins. Leads, conversions, and revenue contribution are wins.
3. RELENTLESSLY LEARNING — Social media changes weekly. Algorithms shift. You study constantly and adapt without being asked.
4. SELF-DIRECTED — You do not need to be told what to do every day. You bring a plan and you execute it.
5. PASSIONATE — About women's health, wellness, or healthcare. You do not need a medical degree. You need to genuinely care about the mission.
Skills required:
? Video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
? Content creation across at least 3 major platforms
? CRM experience — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
?
? Meta/Instagram ads — execution and basic performance monitoring
? Canva or basic graphic design
? Analytics platforms — social,
? Project management tools — Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets
? Strong written English — your copy must connect with American women
? Podcast editing is a strong plus
