We are looking for a skilled Klaviyo Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote role within a fast-scaling
What You’ll Do
? Manage and optimize clients’
? Set up and oversee flows, campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing
? Develop and execute monthly retention and lifecycle strategies
? Analyze performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
? Communicate with clients regularly to review results and next steps
? Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
? Ensure QA and accuracy when moving designs from Figma into Klaviyo
? Troubleshoot deliverability issues and apply best practices
? Support onboarding and auditing of new Klaviyo accounts
? Use AI tools to generate, refine, and improve
? Use AI to increase efficiency, support ideation, and optimize workflows
What You’ll Need (Must-Have)
? Proven experience working in an
? Strong experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting)
? Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
? Previous experience in eCommerce,
? Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
? High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
? Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Figma, Google Workspace
? Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
? Proactive mindset — solving problems, not waiting for instructions
? Strong accountability and communication
? Reliable computer and stable internet connection
? AI-savvy (MANDATORY) — must be able to use AI tools to create, edit, and guide
Nice to Have
? Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
? Understanding of deliverability and list hygiene
? Knowledge of
? Experience with SMS platforms (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive)
