JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and fast-moving DM lead qualifier and appointment setter to manage inbound leads coming from physical therapy content on Instagram and Facebook.

Your role is to take incoming attention and turn it into qualified booked sales calls.

This is NOT cold outreach. All leads come inbound from content.

?

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Monitoring
• Monitor Instagram and >Facebook comments and DMs daily
• Identify users engaging with content and initiating conversations
• Ensure no inbound lead is missed or left unanswered

?

2. DM Engagement & Filtering
• Respond to inbound DMs using structured messaging
• Ask simple qualification questions based on a provided system
• Quickly determine whether a lead is serious or not serious
• Filter out all low-quality, curious, or time-wasting inquiries

?

3. Qualification
• Identify high-intent individuals based on:
• severity of issue
• urgency
• commitment level
• seriousness of solving the problem

?

4. Price Framing (Mandatory Step)
• Clearly set expectations about the nature of the service
• Communicate that this is a structured, high-level 90-day system
• Frame the investment level early so only serious buyers continue

?

5. Appointment Booking
• Book all qualified leads directly onto a calendar
• Ensure leads are confirmed and ready before scheduling
• Maintain clean handoff to sales calls

?

Core Objective:

You are responsible for ensuring that only high-quality, serious, and qualified leads reach the sales call stage.

Your job is to remove:
• tire kickers
• curiosity inquiries
• low-intent conversations
• time-wasters

And pass forward:
• serious buyers
• motivated individuals
• people ready to take action

?

Key Expectations:
• Fast response time to inbound messages
• Strict adherence to messaging and filtering process
• No long conversations or unnecessary explanations
• No coaching or advice inside DMs
• No negotiating or changing the offer structure
• Maintain control of conversations at all times

?

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience handling inbound leads or appointment setting
• Comfortable working in fast-paced DM environments
• Highly disciplined and structured communicator
• Able to follow a system exactly without improvisation

?

Important Notes:

This role is a critical part of a high-performance sales system. Your job is to ensure that only the most qualified leads are passed through for closing.

You are the first layer of the sales process and control the quality of opportunities entering the pipeline.

Please answer these questions:

Have you worked as a DM setter or appointment setter for a high-ticket offer before?
If yes, what niche was it (fitness, coaching, real estate, etc.) and what was the typical price range of the offer?
In your previous role, were you responsible for qualifying leads before booking calls, or were you mainly focused on booking as many calls as possible?
Can you walk me through what you think makes a high-quality lead in a DM setting environment? What signals tell you someone is worth booking vs not?
If someone is interested but clearly not willing or able to invest in a high-ticket program, what would you do in the conversation with them?
How would you handle someone who keeps asking questions in DMs but avoids committing to a call?
How do you naturally bring up or identify whether someone is financially qualified without sounding pushy?
In your past role, what metrics were you tracked on? (booked calls, show-up rate, closing rate, etc.) What did you personally focus on improving?
Are you comfortable telling someone they are not a good fit for a program? If yes, how would you communicate that in a professional way?
How quickly can you respond to inbound DMs during working hours, and how do you stay consistent with high message volume?
Let’s say a 45-year-old man messages saying he wants to fix his shoulder, but he keeps saying he ‘needs to think about investing money’ and avoids giving a clear yes or no. Walk me through exactly what you would say step-by-step.
Why do you think you would be a good fit for a high-ticket coaching business where your main job is to filter leads and only bring in serious buyers?
