Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish / French) – Customer Support

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Agents to join our growing team. If you are fluent in either Spanish or French and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat
Communicate clearly with customers in Spanish or French
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Document all interactions in internal systems
Maintain a positive and solution-focused customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish or French (spoken and written)
Strong English communication skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable using basic tools like Google Workspace and CRM platforms
Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Available to work U.S. business hours
