I am a high-volume Property Manager overseeing an extensive portfolio of long-term leases and luxury Airbnb units in Calgary. I am looking for a proactive, "Closer-minded" Virtual Assistant to serve as my right hand. You aren't just managing tasks; you are optimizing revenue, securing new owners, and ensuring our operations run like a Swiss watch.

Key Responsibilities
STR Revenue Management: (Expert Level) Daily management of PriceLabs to optimize dynamic pricing and Rankbreeze to monitor and improve search rankings. You must understand RevPAR and occupancy optimization.
Listing Excellence: Create, launch, and optimize high-conversion listings across MLS, Airbnb, and major rental platforms.
The "Closer" Mindset: Handle outbound cold calling to property owners to grow the portfolio and manage fast-paced inbound inquiries
Virtual Transformation: Use Canva or virtual staging tools to turn empty rooms into high-end, appealing pictures.
Lease & Document Management (Top Priority): Manage drafting of lease agreements, move-in/out reports, and property documentation with 100?curacy.
Strategic Scheduling: Complete ownership of the calendar. Coordinate showings, manage vendor appointments, and ensure all current occupants receive proper legal notice for entry.
Requirements
Tech Stack: Proven experience with PriceLabs, Rankbreeze, and Property Management Software (Hostaway/Buildium experience is a plus).
English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English for tenant screening and owner cold calls.
Accuracy: A "zero-error" mentality when it comes to legal dates and financial figures in lease documents.
